Relief Society Painting Party

On Thursday, May 21st, Marianne Hopkin showed us how to paint a beach scene. We were given step-by-step instructions and were able to produce our own masterpieces, as shown above.

Ginnie Woodworth made a watermelon whale (culinary artistry!) and passed out fruit salad cups complete with umbrellas. It was very festive and summery!

The reports from the evening were glowing - everyone left with a renewed confidence in their artistic ability. And now we're ready for another painting party! Thank you, Marianne, for showing us how easy and fun it is to paint.
