Relief Society Christmas Party

On Thursday, December 18th, we met at Mary Alice's home for a fun Christmas party. There were lots of yummy snacks and desserts and a beautiful punch bowl containing infused water.

A group of women performed 5 songs with Jen Hopkin accompanying on the first song (the rest were a capella). The group was composed of Julie Marriott, Kendall Clites, Mary Alice Hatch, Debbie Rollins, Rachel Bayles, Darsi Dowling and Jenny Bluhm.

After the women's choir performance, we were all divas and sang with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir! We performed "For Unto Us a Child is Born" and "Hallelujah Chorus." It was an exhilarating experience and a chance to express ourselves in a safe and supportive environment. If we didn't get all those notes right, the Choir had our backs. We sounded great!

We had plenty of time to visit, eat the delicious snacks and admire the beautiful decorations in Mary Alice's family room. A big thank-you to Mary Alice for hosting such a fun and festive night!
